Valmet is the leading global developer and supplier of technology, automation, and services for the pulp, paper, and energy industries. We are now looking for a Machine Operator for our operations in Hagfors.

About the role

As a Machine Operator, you will become an important part of our production team and will be part of a shift team with close collaboration between departments. The role involves significant individual responsibility, where you ensure that tasks are performed carefully, safely, and with high quality.

The work is physical and fast-paced, where your ability to work in a structured and efficient manner is crucial.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and thrives in an active work environment. You are solution-oriented, self-motivated, and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do. You contribute with a positive attitude and are a team player who values a good work climate.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driver's license and forklift certificate
• Experience with business systems is an advantage (we work in LN)
• Knowledge of LEAN is an advantage
• Flexibility to support other parts of production when needed
